This article will discuss how to edit and disable existing Sign-off Types.
To edit or disable existing Sign-off Types, first navigate to the Sign-off Types page via the Application Catalog or your Site Profile page.
Next, click the View link next to the Sign-off Type you wish to Edit or Disable.
To Edit the Sign-off Type, click the “Edit Sign-off Type” link under Sign-off Type Actions in the left hand sidebar.
On the next page, make any desired updates and save the form.
To disable a sign-off type, click the “Disable Sign-off Type” link under Sign-off Type Actions in the left hand sidebar.
On the next screen, confirm that you want to disable the sign-off type.
