External Referral Forms can be accessed at any time via the Referrals Dashboard.
To access the Referrals Dashboard, select the “Go to Referral Dashboard” action in the Referrals dropdown on the Home Page.
The Referrals Dashboard contains a couple listviews where you can check new and existing referrals. The Referral Queue listview at the top of the page is the same one seen on the Home Page.
The second listview on the dashboard is the “My In Progress Referrals” listview. The first tab in the listview are referrals that you are actively working on and at in the “In Progress” status. The other tabs in the listview display a list of referrals that are the various referral statuses. Click “View” next to any referral in these tabs to view the referral information.
Referrals in Incomplete status are listed in the Incomplete Referrals tab.
Referrals in Accepted Status can be found in the Accepted Referrals tab.
Lastly, Referrals in Declined or Invalid status are found in the Declined and Invalid Referrals tab.
