Site Administrators have the ability to edit and make updates to their site profile.

Navigate to the Network page and select your site’s name from the list. On the left side of the page you will have the following options:

  • The Network List option allows you to navigate to the list of sites within your network.
  • The View Profile options allows you to view your site’s profile settings.

Edit Site

Within the Edit Site option, you can update your site’s information including (but not limited to) Phone Number, Website Address, Counties Served, and Address information. The information entered here is primarily used by other sites within your network for situations where they may need to contact you.

Notification Settings

The Notification Settings allows you to set the following parameters that are included in emails and SMS messages that are sent via Collaborate from your organization.

  • The Contact Phone information displays in SMS text message reminders that are sent to clients.
  • The Contact Website information displays in SMS text message reminders that are sent to clients.
  • The SMS Body Footer information displays in SMS text message reminders that are sent to clients.
