Users have the ability to send SMS reminders to Staff and/or Clients for scheduled services. The first 1,000 SMS messages for each site are complimentary.
To see your site's SMS usage, units available & configuration options, go to your Site Profile.
To view information about your site's SMS-Messaging usage, navigate to Network > [Your Site’s Name]. There you can see the number of SMS Messages Sent and SMS Messages Remaining based upon your complimentary 1,000 messages plus any additional messages your site has purchased.
At the bottom of the page, you can also view the details about previous Purchased Blocks of SMS-Messages (A). To see a message-by-message history of SMS-Messages that have been sent, select the SMS Message History tab (B). To see a history of monthly usage, select the SMS Usage Summary tab (C).
When your site has fewer than 200 SMS messages remaining, a notice will appear on the page when setting up reminders indicating, “Remaining SMS messages are running low. Please contact your site administrator to purchase additional SMS messages.” Additional SMS messages can be purchased at a rate of $0.01 per text message. The minimum purchase amount is $50 (5,000 messages).
