The Contacts tab allows you to view and manage contact information for all staff members at your site and also partner agencies that you work with. 


Note: Contacts are shared by all sites in the network. Once a Contact has been added, it is available to all users at all sites.  

Sidebar Actions

Create a new contact by clicking "Create New Contact" from the sidebar menu. 

   

Note: To create a new user, you must first enter the person as a contact. 

Listviews

  • Contacts - Lists all contacts in the entire system. By default filtered to only Active contacts.
  • Users - Lists all users on your site. Default filtered to Current & Active users.
