With Collaborate’s new Task Templates feature, your team can automate, standardize, and track multi-step workflows from intake to closure, saving time and boosting accountability.
Task Templates are configured and categorized into Task Groups that correspond to the specific workflows of your organization. The Task Groups can be added to Cases, Services, and even Activities.

Adding a Task Group will generate a set of pre-configured steps pertaining to the selected workflow. Simply assign the Staff member (or multiple members) to each step of the workflow.

Those tasks will then appear on the Staff member’s Home Page at the designated times to ensure the Staff member is aware and reminded of the tasks they must complete. The tasks can even be marked as complete directly from the Home Page.

Should Supervisors or Administrators want to track various data points regarding task templates, all task information can be reported on via Collaborate reports.
