To run reports in Collaborate, click on the Reports tab. If you do not see a Reports tab, it means that your User Role does not have permission to view Reports. Ask your site administrator for assistance with your User Role.
Everything related to Reporting can be done from the Reports tab.
The Reports listview consists of multiple tabs that organize reports.
There is also an Actions Bar on the left side of the page.
Users can minimize and expand the Actions Bar by clicking the Toggle Sidebar button.
There are two types of Reports in Collaborate: Dynamic Reports, and Custom Reports. The first type of reports, Dynamic Reports are created using Collaborate’s internal report builder. These reports can be created and modified in real-time to adapt to new needs. These reports are found in the Site Reports and Network Reports tabs.
The second type of reports, Custom Reports, are found in the Custom Site Reports and Custom Network Reports tabs. In order for these tabs to appear, your organization must have purchased Custom Reports. Custom Reports are created in tandem with your organization's leadership and Collaborate to target specific reporting requirements. Custom Reports offer greater ease-of-use for end users, and dynamic reports offer greater flexibility.
Reports are also organized by Site and by Network. Site Reports and Custom Site Reports are available only for your Current Site.
Network Reports and Custom Network Reports are a shared resource for every site within a Network. Even though the report is usable by every Site, Users will only be able to view results from the Sites that they are assigned to.
