A number of fields have been added to the list of Case Copy fields when utilizing the “Create a New Associated Case” action.
The fields are as follows: Township, Does Family Qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch?, Household Income and Household Income Details, Allegations, and all Referral Source fields (i.e. Referral Source, date reported to referral source, Referral Source Agency, Referral Source Contacts, Referral Source case number).
