Some changes have been made to the Quick Intake fields when creating a new Client or Inquiry case.
The following case number fields have been added to Quick Intake fields: CAC Case Number, SCR Number, and LE Case Number. CACs should enter SCR numbers for all cases where there is a DCFS investigation. The SCR Number and LE Case Number fields are new to the application, and can be found on both Client and Inquiry intakes as well.
The following fields have also been added to Quick Intake Fields: “Does this referral meet CAC acceptance criteria?”, “Is this case for DCFS information only?”, and “Intake ID”.
