This article will discuss how to Edit and Delete Custom forms that have been created on a case, service, or activity.


Custom Forms that have been created can be edited or deleted via the custom form profile page. To access the custom form profile page, click the View link next to the form you would like to update in the appropriate listview on the case profile page.

Once you are on the custom form profile page, you can edit the form by clicking the “Edit Record” link under Actions in the left hand sidebar.

You can then update any information as necessary on the next page. 

To Delete the form, click the “Delete Record” link under Actions in the left hand sidebar.

Confirm that you would like to delete the form on the next page by clicking “Yes, Continue”. The form will now be deleted.
