To Request a Case Review, first, navigate to the case profile page of the individual you are wanting to request the case review for.


Next, in the left-hand sidebar, look for the “Case Review Status” section, which shows you the current Case Review Status of the Case.

Now, click on “Request Case Review” to be taken to the Request Case Review screen.

Begin by setting the appropriate Review Requester Type.

The Review Requester Type field is set to User, and the Requester field is set to the current active User by default. However, that information can be changed as needed.

If the Case Review Request is coming from a Contact outside of your organization, then you can select the Review Requester Type of Contact. When the Review Requester Type is a Contact, then you can search for the contact by name and select them.

Next, it is recommended that you fill out the “Review on or after” field, as it makes it easy to find the case in the list of requested case reviews when there is a large number of case review requests.

If the Case that was requested has any Associated Cases they will appear here in the Associated People field. All of the selected Associated People will appear in the Case Review Packet PDF.

It is also important to fill out any Invitees for the Case Review. If you cannot find the Contact you are looking for, you can add a new contact via the “Add a New Contact” button. For more information on this feature, please review the article titled In-Line Add New Contact

Next, select the appropriate Reason for Case Review.

Another field that is recommended to fill out is the “MDT County” field. This allows you to formally document which county a Case Review Request was made for, and to filter Cases by county when scheduling a Case Review Staffing. 

Finally, add any pertinent Notes or Comments to the Case Review Request.

Once you have filled out any required fields, and any other pertinent information, click Continue to finalize the request.

Once the Case Review Request has been created, notice how the Case Review Status has updated on the Case Profile page.

Perform this for each case you will be reviewing in the MDT meeting.


Now that the Case Review Request has been created, the requested case now appears in the Case Review Requests listview on the main Case Review page.
