There are various Document Queue Permissions that Users will need to have in order to be able to utilize the Document Queue to its fullest extent.


Any User can send documents to the Document Queue, but in order to access those documents, Users will need the appropriate Document Queue Permissions.


The various Document Queue permissions can be found in the Document Permissions section of role permissions.

There are two sections that relate to the Document Queue: Document Queue Item and Document Queue Settings.

Document Queue Item Permissions

Document Queue Item permissions are more generic and tend to be granted to various Staff members.

Accept - Allows a User to Accept and Link the document to Cases

View - Allows a User to view the Document Queue itself, as well as any items that have been sent to the Document Queue

Delete - Allows a User to Delete items in the Document Queue


Document Queue Settings Permissions

Document Queue Settings permissions deal with managing the Document Queue’s overall settings, and is typically reserved for Site and/or Network Administrators.

Edit - Allows a User to Edit the Document Queue Settings.
