The Document Queue page contains a listview of all of the Documents that have been sent to the Queue, but have not yet been attached/linked to a case.
To view documents that have already been processed:
1. Click the Filter icon
2. Select Processed
3. Set the Filter to Yes
4. Click the Filter button
The listview will now display all of the documents that have already been processed.
To reset the listview back to its default settings, click the filter reset button.
