After clicking the Bar link from the Additional Display Formats section, a box will appear like this:
Click the pencil icon to edit the settings for the Bar Graph. When you click the pencil, a popup window will appear:
Enter the name of the Bar Graph into the Graph Title box (a). Select the field you want to use to calculate the height of each bar in the graph (b)--this is usually the Row Count field. Select the field you wish to present on the bar graph by selecting it from the Bar Name field (c). You can group bars into groups by optionally selecting a Bar Grouping value (d). Ignore the Maximum Number of Bars field (e) as it has no effect for non-Network Ninja Users.
You have several presentation options to make the bar graph easier to interpret (1). By placing a checkbox in the corresponding option, you can present the bars horizontally (as opposed to the default vertically), stack the bars on top of each other, and/or also overlay data labels.
NOTE: When the Bar Graph initially loads, it may appear condensed on the screen. Simply enlarge the size of the box by clicking the window size triangle in the lower right corner and dragging it to increase its size.
