NOTE: This functionality is usually limited to Site and Network Administrators. If you receive a 'You do not have permission...' message when attempting to delete a service and/or note, contact your Site or Network Administrator for further assistance.
Delete A Service
If a User accidentally enters a service under the wrong case or selects the wrong service and does not realize it until after the service is saved to the case, it can be removed by a Site or Network Administrator.
To delete a service, select the service from the Services tab within the case profile page.
Then click Delete this Service at the bottom of the left side of the page. Confirm that you want to remove the service. The service will then be removed.
NOTE: If the deleted service also had a related service note, that service note will also be removed.
Delete A Note
If you need to remove a Service or Case Note, locate the note and select View.
On the next page in the lower-left corner, click Delete Note. Confirm the removal and the Case Note will be deleted.
