You can manage class schedules and track attendance with Class Management. The Class Offerings Page displays a list of classes, current status, schedule, class progress, and attendees registered information. From here you can also view, edit or delete specific classes. The Waitlist Tab displays a list of Cases that are awaiting class availability.
To Create A New Class Offering, click the Class Management page and select Create New Class Offering from the left side of the page. On the following page, enter the class details such as Class Name, Class Type, Start Date, and Schedule Information.
After setting the Class Offering settings, you can then Register Clients to the class. Click Register Clients located within the Class Offering Actions box on the left side of the screen. The following page will have a search box where you can enter and select the name(s) of individuals to add to the group. If the number of potential participants exceeds the class’s capacity, you can add individuals to the Waitlist. When space becomes available, individuals on the waiting list can then be placed into the class.
When a Class Session is conducted, you can then Take Attendance by selecting the link next to the corresponding session. After you have taken attendance, you can then add attendee notes by selecting the Create Progress Note link for each respective individual in the class. Those notes will then appear on the Case’s Profile Page along with other notes and services that have been recorded for the individual.
