With MDT Case Records, tracking MDT Case Progress is easier than ever! Here is how CACs of Illinois utilize MDT Case Records to track their MDT Case Progress.


If a case requires an MDT Case Record, a banner will appear at the top of the individual’s profile page indicating the type of MDT Case Record that needs to be created. 

Click the link in the banner to begin the process of creating an MDT Case Record.

Alternatively, MDT Case Records can be created by selecting the ‘Manage MDT Case Progress’ Case Action.



Fill out the MDT Case form on the next page. Multiple Allegations can be selected when applicable.

By clicking Manage Allegation Dispositions, you can enter the dispositions of the Allegations if known. You can come back and update this information at any time.

Any MDT Cases will appear in a new MDT Cases listview on the individual’s profile page.


Over time, Progress Updates can be added via the MDT Case. Clicking ‘Add Progress Update’ opens up the Progress Update fields that can be filled out and saved.

Progress Updates will appear in the Progress Updates listview on the MDT Case. Any Progress Updates will automatically get counted in the custom NCA Report.

All MDT Case information can be reported on via Collaborate’s robust reporting feature.
