Just indicate the Payment Method and Payment Type, and Collaborate can automatically allocate the Payment based on balances owed. Or, indicate the specific items to apply the Payment toward yourself.


Payments and Billing Items associated with specific Cases are reflected on the Client’s Case Profile page - complete with an Account Balance.

Generate a Statement of Account in seconds, to see all Billing Activity for the past 30 days, or across a custom date range. It’s a quick way to see the total amount owed - and who owes it.
