How to Get Help

  1. Submit a Support Request (best way to get in touch with us)

    • In the bottom-left section of your Collaborate application, click the orange Help button.

    • In the menu, select Support Request.

    • Fill out the form and submit.

If a Reports Support request is estimated to require more than one (1) hour of analyst time to complete, it will be referred to the premium Collaborate Concierge service.


User Support is included with your organization’s monthly Support & Maintenance payment. The Network Ninja team maintains and monitors your application 24 hours a day, while User Support is provided during normal business hours (9am-5pm Central Time).
