Q3 2024 All Client Release Notes
Please review the following article that outlines the changes that will be made in the update to be released on 07/14/2024.
Case Left Hand Sidebar (Case Snapshot) Changes
- We have reduced the size of the left side case snapshot sections.
- The drop down menus no longer clash with the Help button.
- The Created By section now also includes a Created At date and time.
- Batch Simple Service actions are now under the Simple Service action menu
- Case Actions have been greatly condensed and categorized into a single menu. This menu is searchable so you can just start typing your desired action and it will select.
- Service Actions have been moved above the Case Snapshot for easier and quicker access.
- Intake fields can be displayed in a section within this menu for quick reference, contact support for assistance to get this configured.
Conflict Search
- Quick add fields have been updated
- Case Status is now available
- Intake Date is now available
- Support for per intake type fields has been added (contact support for assistance)
- Support for conditional show/hide fields has been added (contact support for assistance)
Associated Case Creation
- Added the ability to set the case status when quick creating
- Added the ability to display additional case fields on quick intake to speed up data entry time
General Case Changes
- The final page of the intake process now has a “Save and Add Associated Cases” for quick access to the Batch Add Associated Cases page.
- Mark case invalid action is now available from the Case Actions menu and is also an option within Case Status update, if you have permissions to invalidate a case.
- Intake Type now reads Case Type everywhere. This terminology was not consistent throughout the application and has been standardized.
Reports
- Report Category is now available. Please reach out to your Supervisor and/or Administrator for assistance
- Report permissions configuration workflow has been improved
- Network reports are migrated to Site reports for single site applications and the Network Reports tab is hidden.
Application Administrators
- Roles and permissions have been updated to allow for more control. Everything will continue to function as normal but management of roles has changed. We will be publishing documentation about the changes and management moving forward but if you need assistance do not hesitate to submit a support request and we will be happy to help.
