This article will discuss the various configuration options you will encounter when configuring Intake Template Access Permissions for a Role.


The purpose of Intake Template Access is to limit Case Access permissions granted on the Case Access permissions page. Access to individual pages of each intake can be configured on this page. To configure each page of the intakes, simply grant View and/or Edit permissions for each page. Users in this role will not be able to access any specific pages of the Intake that are left blank, or without permissions. 

If the User should be able to edit only specific intake pages, top level 'Case - Edit' permission must first be granted on the Case Access page. 

Then, on this page, select Edit only for the specific templates the user will be allowed to edit.

Once you are finished configuring Intake Template Access, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.
