Introduction

This article will provide an overview of the Case Review Module improvements made in partnership with the Children's Advocacy Centers of Mississippi.

The changes highlighted below are designed to make the Case Review Module more flexible and better match the workflow and functioning of multidisciplinary teams in the real world.

Overview of Changes

MDT County Field

Case Reviews now include (and can be organized around) a new field, MDT County. This allows you to

  1. Formally document which county a Case Review Request was made for, and
  2. To filter Cases by county when scheduling a Case Review Staffing.

When requesting a Case Review, you can now select a county in the Case Review Request form:

When scheduling a new Case Review Staffing, you can now filter the Case Reviews Pending listview by MDT County:

Managing Invitees and Attendees at the Staffing Level

You now have the choice to manage Case Review Invitees and attendance at the Staffing or Case Review levels.

When scheduling a new Case Review Staffing, you may elect to manage Invitees / Attendance by Staffing. When you choose this option, you will have the opportunity to add Invitees using the Contact search box:

You will also be able to add new Invitees and manage existing Invitees at the Staffing level:

You can also take attendance at the staffing level when conducting a Case Review:

Add New Cases to an In-progress Case Review

You can now quickly add new Cases to a Case Review Staffing while it is in progress, and then return to the Case Review right where you left off.

In-line Contact Add

You now have the ability to create new Contacts and add them as Invitees, Attendees, or Service Providers without leaving the Case Review Staffing.

Any field where you can add a Contact will now prompt you to click the Add New button if the name you type in does not return a match:

Customizable Case Review Packets

You can now create customized Case Review Packets, which can be customized at the Network or Site level. Packets can be customized to meet the needs of different multi-disciplinary teams, judicial districts, or other partner agencies.

For more information about creating custom Case Review Packets, please contact your account manager via email or submit a Support Request via the Help widget.
